Terms and Conditions
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information, prices and stock balance. You must be 18 to make purchases from our online store.
Payment is made using VISA, MasterCard or Maestro debit/credit cards. Note that the delivery name and address must be the same as the name and address of the cardholder/account holder.
We ship within Sweden, Europe and the United States. Freight costs are dependent on the product properties such as dimensions and weight, and delivery address. The freight will be displayed at checkout when the correct address is specified. All orders above SEK 1500 will be delivered free of charge (within Sweden).
Our goods are sent by PostNord and delivered to the nearest distribution point. Please enter your mobile number to receive a text message to let you know when your parcel has arrived, otherwise a delivery slip will be posted through your letterbox. The text message option is quicker. Your local sorting office will keep your parcel for 20 days. If your parcel is not collected before the deadline, it will be returned to us and you will be charged for the return.
Goods in stock are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 working days from receipt and registration of your order. The delivery time from us to you is normally 2-4 days within Sweden and Europe. The delivery time is normally 5-6 days to the United States. Some goods may take longer to deliver if we receive a large influx of orders or if suppliers’ deliveries to us are delayed. In such cases, you will be notified of this as soon as we have processed your order.
All goods which are not stock items are considered order items. The delivery time for order items are specified on each product page in the web shop. All delivery times specified for order items are approximate. We will get back to you if the delivery time will be longer than this for any reason.
If you submit an order for a number of items with different delivery times, all items will be sent in a single consignment when we have received them all. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would prefer partial delivery. You may be charged extra for this. Of course, you will be entitled to cancel your purchase if you find out that it will take longer to deliver your product than was indicated at the time of purchase.
Exchange and returns policy
Customers are entitled to cancel their purchases within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be in their original condition, i.e. unused and undamaged, and in their original packaging when we receive them. You will be liable to pay the return shipping cost when you exercise your right to cancel your purchase. If a product is used or is in some other unacceptable condition when we receive it, we reserve the right to reject the return. Form/Design Center accept no liability for any damage done to goods when they are being returned, so make sure any returns are packaged carefully. We will not accept any items sent to us on a Cash On Delivery basis.
When you return an item to us, you will be credited with the value of that item when we have checked and approved it. Note that we will not refund the original delivery charge.
Note that our exchange and returns policy is applicable only to stock items. Our exchange and returns policy is not applicable to special order items as these items are manufactured specifically for you. Please contact email@example.com before returning any item.
All complaints, i.e. manufacturing flaws, shipping damage or incorrect products, must be reported to us as soon as possible after receipt. If you notice that your parcel is damaged when you receive it, you must first report it directly to the supplier or the distribution point and then contact us.
In the event of a complaint, we require you to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a picture of the item and providing a description of the problem. If you have any questions on complaints, you can phone us on +46 (0)40-664 51 60.
Pictures and colours
We attempt to show product colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed in our online store are exactly the same as the real colours of our products. Colour reproduction is dependent on your computer and your monitor settings. Nor can we guarantee that all pictures exactly reflect the real appearance of our products.
When you shop at our online store, you agree to allow us to store and use the information which you submit to us, e.g. name, address and telephone number. The aim of this is to allow us to fulfill our commitments to you as our customer. We guarantee that your personal details will never be submitted to third parties.
Stylists/journalists or interior designers can hire furniture, interior fittings and accessories for professional assignments. These products are hired out depending on availability and current capacity. (We do not hire out products for styling of private homes).
