Cancellation Policy

Registration for the course is binding.

• If cancellation is made no later than 14 days before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded in full.
• If cancellation is made 13–7 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made later than 7 days before the start of the course.

Your registration may be transferred to another participant by agreement. In case of illness, the course fee will only be refunded upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Any material costs or preparations that the participant is responsible for will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.

Form/Design Center reserves the right to cancel the course in case of too few registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancelled course, the full course fee will be refunded.
