Come and meet the participants behind the two exhibitions – graduates from the Royal Danish Academy and designers and makers from the development project What Matter_s 3.0. Two perspectives on material, form, and sustainable creation for the future.
Crafts in Glass and Ceramics
Crafts in Glass and Ceramics presents twelve graduation projects by international students from the Bachelor’s programme in Glass and Ceramics at the Royal Danish Academy in Bornholm. The exhibition reflects three years of deep exploration of material, technique, and artistic expression – where tradition meets experimentation and personal interpretation.
What Matter_s 3.0
What Matter_s 3.0 showcases the results of a development project where creators and industry partners have collaborated around material, sustainable production, and innovative design solutions. By combining artistic and industrial processes, the participants have generated new ideas and opportunities for sustainable design in the future.
Don’t miss the Material depot seminar earlier in the evening (4:30–6:00 PM), where we delve into questions of material, innovation, and collaborations between design, art, and industry.
