The menu features American classics such as cookies, brownies, blondies, banana bread and seasonal pies – from traditional apple pie to key lime pie and pecan pie. You’ll also find buns and other baked goods, light lunch options including savoury galettes, as well as coffee and a selection of other beverages. The menu changes with the seasons, with a focus on homemade baking, timeless favourites and new flavour combinations.
Behind the café is Ammna Chaudhry-Hellström, founder of Baked By Ammna. Inspired by the American baking tradition and using locally sourced ingredients from Skåne, she creates a menu where quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of aesthetics go hand in hand.
